    CUSTOM ORDERS

    We are happy to accommodate any special order that you have. Let us know whatever it is and we will do our best to make it happen! Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns.

    SHIPPING

    We offer a flat rate shipping method with UPS for $10 or you can choose expedited with USPS, FedEx, or USPS.  Please allow 2 weeks for all gold filled, 10 and 14k gold items, and please allow 3-4 weeks for all custom items. 

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    We will happily ship outside of the US. Please email info@naomigraydesigns.com and we will set up your order.

    TAX

    All orders shipped within California are subject to sales tax.

    RETURN POLICY

    Please note that all jewelry is final sale and not eligible for returns. If there is an issue with size or length please contact us. For any repairs during the guarantee period, Naomi Gray is not responsible for packages lost in the mail and it is recommended that all packages are sent with tracking information and insurance.     GUARANTEE

    We guarantee our pieces for 60 days from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. If you need a repair after 60 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge (depending upon the repair) plus S&H. Send an email to info@naomigraydesigns.com with your request and we will do our best to help you.

    JEWELRY CARE

    We carry 10K and 14k yellow, white and rose gold. We do carry a few 14k gold filled pieces, such as our beaded bracelets.

    10k and14k gold and our sterling silver can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner. Gold-filled jewelry requires special care. Chlorine will damage gold-filled jewelry, and you should remove jewelry before applying perfumes and lotions, bathing, or getting into a pool or hot tub.
